An EMDR Consultant™ has conducted at least 300 EMDR therapy sessions with at least 75 different clients and has provided feedback and guidance to other EMDR trained clinicians regarding their use of EMDR therapy with clients. To achieve this credential, the consultant has met standards for consultation hours during the Consultant in Training process, engaged in clinical practice and satisfied continuing education requirements in EMDR therapy. To maintain this credential, the EMDR Consultant™ must continue to satisfy EMDRIA requirements including completion of continuing education hours (EMDRIA Credits) and adherence to EMDRIA policies.
